Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
If you’ve got a Linux cloud hosting with us and you would like to enable the catch-all option for a certain email mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it will take literally just a single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel to achieve this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain name registered in your account. You can select one single address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature immediately, so all messages sent to miswritten email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button once again will deactivate the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got active email forwarding, our system will show a warning notice and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature till you delete the forwarding or you can simply select another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be created with a couple of clicks in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server with our company. The semi-dedicated account will be administered via our custom-developed Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to set up email addresses using any domain hosted there. To enable the catch-all functionality for a particular mailbox, you will need to click on the sign with the same name, which will be on the right side of each email address. Deactivating this option can be achieved in the very same way and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all functionality has already been activated for a specific domain, you’ll get a warning message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never edit or deactivate any feature automatically.
